Exclamation How to take off driver's quarter (rear) panel on 2000 Tundra??

I got into a little crash with a bus last night....nothing serious, we were in the snow and both going about 5 mph but I got the worst of it obviously. My rear driver's side panel with the TRD sticker in it has about a 6 inch depression in it now. Has anyone taken this panel off and if so, could you explain how. It's a clean dent and I feel I could at least make it look reasonable if I am able to hammer out the dent a little. Any help would be much appreciated!!
