Default What should I use to paint.........

my Tundra Grade upper bumper and grill? Its all flat black now and would like to color match it.

I am going to get estimates from some Body shops

but also thought of doing it myself just not sure what type of primer I need for the plastic.

Simple and safe, you will need something to scuff and clean the surface.
Brillo pad and dish soap is fine.
Then use Adhesion Promoter (DupliColor makes it as do others)
Primer (use darker color for lighter paint color, vis versa for darker paint)
Several layers of desired paint color ( you can order body color paint online in spray cans)
Several layers of clear coat

You're done, enjoy
