Love mine .. they have that unique look away from the standard step rails.. will they protect your doors from a car opening their door into the side of your truck .. proabably not, unless they hit the steps themselves with the car door... otherwise they are just for you to get into and out of your truck without having to struggle.

I got my n-fabs before the winter and can say that they held up pretty well. The leading edges of the steps look sand blasted (basically because the were), but on the good side there are no chips no scrapes. So in my mind they held up really well and look way better than anything out there.

Yep, me too, love em'.
Ordered direct so I could get the black textured powdercoat finish.
No pics yet, people look at me funny when I take pictures of my truck

Search for "N-Fab" in thread titles for more pictures and opinions.

You might also want to look at GoRhino Dominator II: Available in polished stainless steel or black powdercoated.

Just an FYI, GoRhino leases the design rights from N-Fab.
They are identical except for the name and finish options.

In my opinion the N-FAB's are by far the best looking steps on the market! I would not put anything else on my truck. I don't like the looks of the stock/tube style steps; they remind me of what old farts put on their non-lifted trucks (along with the raised roof shells).

the patent listed under Thomas Fichter, owner of N-Fab. do the n-fab models offer different step colors? the dominator III looks interesting.
