Default Hints for installing TRD Decals???

I am going to be placing my TRD IS decasl on the bed of my vehicle. What is the proper procedure to do so. I know where they are to be place but my concern is what is the process for sticking them on.
How do I remove backing?
Should I heat them up?
Should I worry About air bubbles?
Should I remove all the backing and place the decal or should I remove backing in a roll motion as i place the decal. Can someebody who has done it give me some pointers.
Thanks

I just took my TRD Off Road stickers off and replaced them with IS stickers a few weeks ago. Here is what I did:

I cut 3 or so inches of the paper backing off of the new decal so that I was left with only the tape. I used the tape to secure the decal to the bed so that it aligned with the tail light curve and the bottom of the paper part of the new IS decal aligned with the bottom of the existing TRD Off Road decal. Doing this ensures 1) that you have the correct horizontal placement along the bed and 2) that the new IS decal will be in roughly the same place vertically as the old TRD sticker was. I then left the new decal taped on, but moved it out of the way while I removed the existing decal. To remove the existing decal, I briefly heated up a corner with a hair dryer and then started peeling. When the sticker was off, I used 3M Adhesive, Tar, and Wax Remover to get the adhesive off. Once the adhesive had been removed, I clayed the surface and wiped it down with alcohol. I then removed the remaining paper backing from the new IS sticker and swung the new decal into place, working slowly from the rear of the bed where it's held with tape to the front of the bed so I didn't get any air bubbles.

I think mine came out pretty good:

Mark, did you get another set of I.S. kit? I thought you sold the kit to Jason?

When putting on the sticker, try to warm it up with a heat gun or blow dryer. It'll really help a lot, since the temp in WA is still quite cold.

I'm redoing the TRD sticker in the quarter penals because the location I had previously was too low.

Dave,
Yes crazy me went and purchased a whole new set. Regretted the sale to Jason so said WTF. So now I have the complete, IS Kit, 4 IS wheels and the stickers all in my garage waiting for installation which I do not think I am going to get around to until June.

This is all your fault, the ride in your truck really possessed my usual frugal thinking.

Only one decision left, what tires to mount on the IS rims, my OEM Bridgestones, New Michelin Cross Terrains or BFG TA KO's. My wallet says Bridgestones, my brain says Michelins and my heart says BFG's.

Will post when I get everything done.

Mark

If I remember right, wasn't there like two different background colors to this TRD IS decal? Anyone have pics of each of these 2 colors?
