Default 2007 Tundra CREWMAX fading interior plastic

My two rear door panels in center, the plastic looks faded, especially on direct sunlight. I have the brown plastic.

Has anyone else seen this in their crewmax rear doors CENTER SECTION?

THE ONLY THING i USED WAS 303 ALL OVER INTERIOR PLASTICS and in detailing are on TS I WAS TOLD THAT 303 WONT DO THAT AND I BELIEVE IT cause I applied it everywhere else too.
