Default small leather rip repair

SO I'm trading in the underpowered front tire-eating gas hog 04 Sequoia for a Lexus ES 330, my kid somehow managed to produce a small rip on the dash on the passenger side. It is stretched really tight on the dash so it won't pull back over to superglue it or otherwise "fix" it.
Any suggestions? I'm wondering if there's not some kind of liquid or goo like substance that can be applied and smoothed.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

i was wondering the same thing on how to fix those crack thingys. i got a little tear and i just put a dab of gely superglue under it and put the ends together and held it till it dried. I asked my dad if he even knew how to fix the cracks and he says he dosnt know of a way to fix it but theres gotta be a way. but how i figure as much as it would cost to buy stuff to fix em you could just splurge a little more $ and buy some sweet seat covers

I bought a used jag for my wife, and she complained cause there were some rips in the leather. I took it to these guys--thecarbar.net (253.770.5500 the puyallup store) and they fixed it perfect. I was actually pretty surprised--I didn't think they would be able to do it. It was pretty cheap, I paid $85. That was about a month ago, and looks as good as when they did. They say they guarantee all repairs for 4 years.

BTW - how do you protect/clean the leathers without damaging it? Any recommended products?
