I just wanted to share a few pics of a leather seat install I did on my wife's 06 Sequoia SR5. I praise LeatherSeats.com's excellent service and product quality. When we were still undecided with color, they sent us several free samples. We picked the charcoal, which was a good match with some interior elements on the dash and center console.
I've done engine swaps, reinforced subframes, rebuilt gearboxes before, but I have to say, this was one of the hardest mods I've ever had to do.

The weather was cold when I performed the work so my hands were dry and cracked, and installing the leather and removing the cloth covers from the headrests made it worse and the work left my hands raw. It took me 4 days to do, working a row each day after work, and spending extra time with the 60 bench in the middle row because I didn't know wtf to do with it.
Anyhow, enjoy the pix!
I used aircraft snips to cut each and every hog ring.
Slipping off the factory cloth covers
Note the center of the back cushion is caved in disproportionally to the rest. It was a hog ring installation error. When I removed the cover to inspect, I learned I had hog ringed to the foam
LeatherSeats does not cut holes for the headrest things. I installed the seat first, located the headrest hole by feel, and cut a small square with a pair of sharp scissors. This picture illustrates pushing the headrest mount through the hole in the leather
Front row pic of the final product
When we bought the car a month ago at the Toyota dealership, they wanted $2000 for leather. By doing it myself I saved over $1000. After having owned so many cars prior to this Sequoia, it's my opinion that the final product is of even higher quality than what the dealership could have provided. I believe it's even better quality leather than OEM Toyota, Nissan, and Honda
