Multi-information Center

Hi Yall
I am a proud new owner of an 05 Tundra DC SR5, YAY! My Tundra did not have the factory installed "Multi-Information Center" in the overhead, can this be a DIY? Would the wiring be there already just not panel? If so, anyone know of a source to get a good used one from? An ebay search has turned fruitless, blah.
