Angry Scratch on truck?
I have a question, we had a nasty storm yet again here in Pittsburgh and debris hit my truck and put a 8 inch scratch on it.... My question is, it doesn't look like it is down thru all the layers to the metal, will it be ok to not get it touched up or should I get it touched up to prevent it from rusting????? I just bought a house and am getting married and don't have the extra cash at the moment to do this......

Can you feel it with your finger nail?

If so, it will need to be re-painted.

If not, it can be buffed out.
