Question Smokers Unite!!

I hate that I smoke, but when I smoke in my tundra, it seems that alot of the ashes go straight into the back seat. Having the drivers window cracked or all the way open doesn't seem to make a difference. One week after cleaning the back seat I have ashes everywhere. I have driver and passenger wind visors(shields) and they seem to be of no help. Any other smokers have/solve this problem? It is not a problem in my other car. Any input appreciated! Thanx.

Yep, I smoke as well, wish I would quit. The solution is to turn OFF the recirculation button. Its that simple.

BTW you can not have the two front windows down (cracked) at the same time, if you do the ashes come in.

Default Hmmm

The only time I get ashes back in is when the wind blows inward. Otherwise just a crack to full open it goes out. I flick the ashes out by the mirror, the draft by the mirror sucks it away. I have the EGR Slimline Weatherguard .

I always smoke in my car, and not only does it not smell (I never use the ashtray, I've discovered that's the secret. I ash outside and I put the butts in a water bottle, and I don't have cloth seats), but I never get ashes in the car with my window, or both windows, all the way down. Strange....

Oddly enough, I never use the recirculate button so that can't be my problem, but I will try having only the drivers window down when I smoke. Thanks for the input and suggestions guys.

Interesting that you put the butts in a water bottle. You may be hte only person in the US that does. NOt ot get on a tangent, but it really pisez me off to see people flick'em out hte window. It's as bad as throwing a candy wrapper, only a butt could start a fire.

Smoke all you want just be responsible for your actions/habit.
