Default How to spray paint fender flare and bumper?

I am interested in Bushwacker or EGR fender flare, and would like to spray paint it to match my 2003 Tundra which has desert sand exterior color. I own a HVLP spray system (Fuji Q4 4-stage) for my woodworking project. My questions are --

1) Would it be possible to spray paint on those plastic surface with my spray system?

2) How do I prep the surface? Degreaser? Sanding? Special primer?

3) Where to get the matching paint? Dealer has the small touch up paint, but it may require too many bottle of touch-up paint to cover the 4 piece flare.

4) The rear bumper of my Toyota Corolla has several 1/4" & 1/8" wide 4" to 6" long scratches. Any special prep procedures to spray paint those area? I hope I don't have to spary paint the whole bumper.

Any help are appreciated.

Default

1. Yes

2. Scuff surface and prime with a flexible primer

3. Any autobody supply shop will be able to pull your paint code, then its up to you. (pressure, add tint etc.)

4. Feather edge with sand paper, plus depending on how deep the sctatches are look for a urethane repair kit at shop as mentioned above.
