Is the bumper the same on the 01' LTD's? Help!

I have an 01' Ltd...hit a pole. (front bumper)

I was told, by a dealership (and autobody shop), that I need to order a "Ltd" bumper. However, I thought there was no difference. Can't I just put a regular 01' Tundra bumper on my truck?

I think the parts book might say there is a difference...but, I never knew of one. It would save me a lot of $$$.

The plastic trim on top of the bumper is body-color on the Limited, black on the SR-5.

As far as I know, the chrome part of the bumper is the same for the SR5 and the Limited...the difference is the upper and lower valences which are unpainted black plastic for the SR5 and painted to match the body color for the Limited.

Well, I got the monochrome package, so it's all black anyway.

Should I just order it and paint it black?

Can we confirm, most importantly, that the front bumper is the same on the LTD?...colors aside.

the parts numbers are the same regardless of sr5 limited etc...i should know this mine was replaced from an accident and received the sr5 by accident (oh well body shop painted mine)

the post are right

sr5=black on top
limited=colored keyed and same part's as used on other tundra's(but keyed and colored to match truck)
