Default Cargo Covers & Toolbox space???

Hopefully I've posted in the right place. But I had a question regarding the space in the beds of our Tundra's. Has anyone ever tried or know someone who was able to fit a cargo cover lid on their tundra AND managed to find a toolbox that fit flush beneath the cargo lid??
I recently went to a local Truck Accessory Center and they said they did have a toolbox that WOULD fit beneath the lid. But said because of toolboxs location at the back it would be hard to access it when it opens, I would esitmate, at a 60 degree angle or so.
I also asked about toolboxs that can be fitted around or over the wheel hump on the bed, which I knew existed after viewing a few on my JC Witney catalog. The salesmen said that they did make them, but that the toolbox would sit to high if i had a cargo lid installed.
So has anyone every tried such a combo, a cargo lid while managing to fit a toolbox underneath it?

Haven't seen that, though I believe it was Fyr145 who had a tool box mounted with a hard cover AFTER it. I saw it at the SoCal BAM, I just can't remember who had it.
