Unhappy Any hints on removing my entire head liner?

I managed to utterly bungle my attempt to hook up reverse lights via the cargo lamp on the outside of my cab.... the final nail in the coffin was smoke wafting out from between the head liner of the cab and the shoulder belt mounting point, as the delicate wires in the ceiling of the cab (I guess) melted. So now, instead of having a trick reverse/cargo light attached to my rack, I have no reverse/cargo light at all. Yes, I removed the cargo lamp fuse so that it won't start a fire in my cab in the mean-time. Break lights work fine, just no reverse/cargo lamp anymore.

So, I need to take the entire head liner out of my cab so I can track down and fix the burnt wiring.

Anyone done this? Hints, tips, tricks?

Yes, I know: What a bone-head maneuver. Once it's all fixed, I'll pony up the cash to "join the club", then maybe I can get info on wiring my reverse lamps properly without starting a fire!

I looked pretty closely at it, and what you described is exactly what I thought it would take, I'm glad to hear that there's no secret fasteners or tape or something I can't see that's going to ruin it when I get in there... thanks!
