This is a discussion thread titled "2003 tundra aftermarket grill?", within the Interior & Exterior forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
I've got one of those on order from www.mrtoyotaparts.com
$270, painted to match. Right now, they have plenty of black, white, and red. Going to be a week or so before they ship out my Desert Sand.
I like this grill! Please report back on how it matches up, and is it true bolt on.

In my gallery now. The first one they sent they screwed up and sent one for the DC (which supposedly isn't available yet, so I guess I touched the first one ). Anyways, FMS is (relatively) local, so I was able to drive down to them and exchange it.
Installation is literally six 10mm nuts and two phillips screws. The grille actually has threaded inserts and uses machine screws for the hood-release handle. The stock grille is 100% plastic with a couple of "wood screws".
See my gallery pages for some detail shots on my 4Q2 SR5.
*I* added the TRD logo to the lower right corner.
Good selection on the mesh material. It's a hex, rather than slotted like the Ivan, so the mesh matches the hex mesh of the lower panel.
Being stainless, it will work with a Limited, but also "works off of" the lower chrome strip on the SR5.
This grille's lower cross member is about half the width of the stock grille.
Everything shows up much better on my 4Q2... black really hides a lot.

Either order online, or call Dallas Toyota, ask for parts/internet sales, and let Barbara know that Rich from California sent you.
Tease her about you not wanting a doublecab grille

I bought a Black slotted billet grille for my '04 Tundra from another board member on this site quite a while ago and still haven't gotten around to installing them. Here is a link to what the look like...although i'm not sure if it's the same brand, and they are black.

I recently lost my job and could use the cash more than I need this grille set so am putting em up for sale. Both pieces are brand new and have never been installed. There are a few small areas where the paint has rubbed off on them... that probably happened during shipping. It shouldn't be too noticeable once installed though. I'm asking $125 + shipping, which is what i paid for them. The are about $250 from a retailer. email me if you're interested. I'm located in Orange county, socal. Pick-up is preferred but shipping is OK too. Thanks.
