Default 05 Tundra DC Dash LED change

So after looking at a couple threads on how to swap out the leds in my dash I finally decided to do it. I didnt like that green that they came in so I changed them to blue and a bit of white. I ordered my PLCC leds from Oznium.com and on sunday and they came today.I didnt take pics of the speedo before but I took pics after. Tomorrow I plan on doing my a/c and stereo controls.

Even after replaceing leds I still had to sand off the green tint off the back of the speedo cover/plastic..the leds are all white if you want your speedo to be all white simply sand off green paint/tint there is no led changing required in the 2005.

I also changed my turn signal arrows,my cruise, emergency brake, and gear lights (park reverse neutral ect..) to white. Pic came out kinda blurry sorry.

Looks good, been thinking about doing mine. How long did it take to do this and do you have a list of what you ordered?

sorry I took so long but it took me about 3.5 hours to do all my dash except for my radio...the radio has tons and tons of much smaller leds.... I used a soldering gun/screw driver handle..rosin core solder...tweezers..and I ordered my leds from Oznium.com..20 x PLCC-2 Surface Mount LEDs - Blue and another 20 white leds...

I dont know why some of my speedo gauges look green but here is a pic after I replaced my steering wheel controls...my a/c knob lights weren't leds they were just bulbs you can get from like auto parts store

Looks great Ibarra. I did mine as well, but couldn't find exact fit LEDs, so I just put blue cellophane behind the cluster print. Would love to use LEDs instead. How did you install the PLCC-2 behind your cluster?
