Default Slight Windshield Rattle When Cold

I have a new 04 DC and also two Lexus vehicles. I have noticed that when cold and on rough roads, it sounds like the windshield rattles a little in all three vehicles. Has anyone else noticed this in the Tacoma?

Thanks

Alabama Bob

I have a 02 DC and I have a rattle, It sounds like the windshield but it is not the windshield. It is something in the dash and I have not yet found the culprit..... I honestly don't care about it cause no matter what car you have, once it gets real cold and the plastics shrink and expand from the temp fluctuation it's going to happen..... Sorry I am not much help....

No, actually it does help. I figure it is something to do with Toyota since I have it in three of their products. It's not bad just wounder if anyone has found the culprit. I love my Toyota's

There's aTSB out on them for the 2001-2002 but I have a 2003 and it rattles too. I took it in several months ago and they fixed one but I have two more. One near the glove compartment and the other in the left hand corner of the windshield where it meets the dash. Mine's going back in next week. I also have a copy of the TSB to hand them.

I find them very annoying.

Due to popular demand, here is the link I used to print out a copy of the dash rattle(s) TSB:
