Unhappy Water leaking in Passenger side Air vent

I have a 2000 Tundra 4x ext. cab and it has just started leaking water in through the Passenger side air vent (I'm fairly sure it isn't the window leaking, or the AC drain). It goes in through the grating under the wiper blade and comes out right behind the black motor-like housing under the glove box. As my truck is out of warranty, I am looking for repair solutions. Anybody else have this issue? I thought I should check first bsfore I start dismantling the exterior vent housing and digging myself in...

Cheers

My 2000 recently started leaking in the same area. I was assuming my windshield was leaking - it was replaced sometime before I bought the truck.
