Cool Mr. Clean Auto Dry

I tried this product over the weekend. Gotta say it works great but seems a bit on the pricey side. It actually cut my truck washing time in half. Anyone else tried it?

I've seen that and am considering it. How many washes do you think you'll get and what is the price?

Thanx
Kevin

Question Mr Clean Auto Dry Winter Use?

Here in Maryland it is a bummer hand washing your car in the winter time. I don't like going to the commercial "wand" washes because their soap/detergent seems weaken/remove the wax. If I do go to a commercial wash, I try to go off peak when few if any people are there. That way I can "hand" wash my car using their warm water and my bucket and car wash soap. I know, I know Mr. Anal!

Anyway, I was wondering how well Mr. Clean Auto Dry would do if you just sprayed it on and didn't use a cloth (for those cold days at home). Would it work as well as a commercial wand wash using their soap, but with the advantage that it would not strip the wax. Looking for something to use on cold days when I don't want to bucket wash but want to get as much salt, dirt grime off as possible.

If you look at the over all cost of using the system over the long term, it appears that it would cost about a buck or so a wash to replace the filters and soap.
