Talking trim piece removal

Hi guys (and gals),
Can someone please recommend the best way to remove the center dash trim piece? I am referring to the one around the stereo and climate controls.
I removed similar pieces in the past as they usually just pop off. Just wanted to know if there was a simple way without resulting in damage.
Thanks.

You have 5 screws to remove, one behind each air vent, and one behind each climate control dial. When those 5 are removed you can simply pull it off. Be gentle because two wire harnesses are still attached on the backside.
