I like the North Atlantic better for a location. South seas sounds more like a Federal facility.
That settles it. We'll call it "The Greenland Trials" airing on HBO at 11 PM. This could give The Sopranos a run for it's money. People in Vegas will be betting on their favorite convicts. I'm getting horny... all right. Need to get back on topic.
Watch out for a grey tailgate with black badging. It's mine!

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]maybe something some larger island in the South Pacific. Deliver all life-term prisoners there and any grand theft convicts who steal items out of vehicles.
Perturbed,

It's been done. England went this route with Australia!

Zeus:
Call around local salvage yards. Those guys now have theirs, and other yards, inventoried on computer so, if one yard doesn't have it, he can usually steer you to one who does. A lot of companies like electrical contractors, cable co's, phone co's or satellite installers remove tailgates on their fleet trucks to install a camper shell with a door. Then, those salvage guys buy them up. You could also check with places that sell those camper shells and see who uses Tundras in their fleet. This is how I found a tailgate for a Ranger one time.
Good luck to ya!

Yeah if you call the salvage yards fast enough you might get your old one back. Tailgates are like airbags. Easy to rip and easy to sell to crooked shops.
Sorry you lost yours.
My wife asks me every time we get out of My truck if the gate is locked. I tell her to layoff on the Naggin' I guess i will give her a brake on that for a while.
Good Luck.

Installed Donahoe's and I like it!
I have a 2001 with a clean tailgate. I have been planning to take it off for the last couple weeks... If you want it, and will pay to have it shipped, you can have it.
Send me a pm if you want it...
Terry
If you have full coverage insurance, wouldn't your comprehensive coverage cover it minus deductible since it was theft? Your premium shouldn't go up for those kinds of claims. Good luck.
