I had one put in and love it. Call Progressive Mobile Electronics (619-295-8565) in San Diego and asked Tom (owner) what they put in my truck (Larry with black Tundra). They did a lot of work on my truck (probably close to $15K so they will remember me). They replaced my key lock on the tailgate with a backup camera so I had to go to the electric lock which is nice. It locks/unlocks when I arm/disarm my truck alarm. Now if they could just make one for my shell hatch.

Longboarder,
any pics of that inconspicuous camera mounted in your factory tailgate keyhole??? What video system you have it connected to...a full Navigation system in the dash with large LCD screen???

I just looked: I have two pics of the back of the truck but it is not easy to see. No one notices the camera not even if I tell them to look for it on the back of my truck. The cool thing is that it is short enough that it does not come thru the other side of the tailgate. On the bad side, it is not a reverse camera so when it is displayed on my dash touch screen, everything is reverse of what you expect. In my DC, I am getting a reverse image backup camera from a different shop. It will come thru the tailgate just a little but between a plate that they will cover it with and a spray in liner, I think it will blend.
Not sure the best way to get you the two pictures so let me know.

Sorry, I didn't notice your other question before. I have a Kenwood 8" touch screen built in to my dash. It was big time work. I am going with the Kenwood DDX double din touch screen with the DC which doesn't require any mods.
I plan to post pictures at some point but just haven't had time to edit the size of the pic's and upload them.
I got one at http://www.TruckGadgets.com. Now it locks/unlocks with the doors using the remote or switch. Cost was $60, and it took less than an hour to install. And you don't have to drill ; I used a wall fish and ran the wire throught the firewall with the other wire bundles.
