Wow. That looks great. If I read it right, the weight of ARB bumper dropped the front-end about a half-inch. That's amazing. On the full-sized trucks I can't even tell the difference when I add a winch and bumper.

The ARB looks like it fits well and is an all-around good solution. The guys at ARB told me "some trimming will be necessary"...I wonder what they meant by that. Did you see areas that needed "trimming"?

Some of the guys on this forum were going to try to get a group purchase on Tundra winch bumpers through Road Armor. That seemed like a good plan initially, but things with Road Armor never seem to come together... they're always "just about to develop" the product you need. They seem like nice folks, I've just never heard of anybody actually taking delivery of a bumper since the business was sold to the new owners. (I don't even know if that's right. The guy who owns Alien Patrol bumpers claims to be the founder (and seller) of Road Armor, and the bumpers look similar enough for that to be true, and he suggested that Road Armor can't design new bumpers. I'm not sure what he meant by that... In any event, I need two bumpers, one for our Tundra and another for our new full-sized Chevy we just bought. ARB may be the best bet for the Tundra, but they don't make a bumper for the new full-sized rigs and it's going to be a while before they do, unfortunately.

I believe I have pics showing the tabs that held the stock bumper on that I took a sawzall to in my gallery. Some metric bolts were not included in the kit and had to run down to ace and buy them. The cooler needed a different mounting bracket and that pic is in the gallery. There is a 10 mm bolt head that rubs slightly under flex, when I take it off I will solve that problem as well. But its not that noticable.

I have the heavier springs sitting in the garage and they will go on when santa brings me a winch. The dc trd package comes with heavier springs than stock. mine were in the 750 lb range instead of the usual 650 lber's.

I would also suggest ordering the fog lights and kit at the same time as toyota lights won't fit.
