I've seen it happen on Escalades here Make sure you wear your baseball hat on backwards, your high tops untied, and your jeans drooping down past your boxer shorts, then you'll be pretty fly!

Heh, old Offspring song line there.
Yea, and don't forget to put Z's in every other word you say.

That sounds like B-Rad from "Malibu's most wanted"...funny stuff by the way.

Well at least your staying in the same family of cars.

I saw the most horid thing the other year. I went to eat at Uncle Julio's in Fort Worth and I saw a Trans Am with a huge sticker on it.

The sticker was cool looking I will give him that, but I think that he thought it was just that looked cool. It was in japanese, but any avid HONDA person or someone who can read it says HON DA 本 田 Hopefully yall can see that.

I wanted to leave a note, but I was just feeling spunky so my friends didn't let me. Had I am backup on the matter (other TS folk) I would have waited and pointed and laughed. JUST kidding I am not that mean.

So long story longer.... If you recall the TS calendar has a Toyo Tundra with Lexus badges on it, it doesn't look bad to me at all

Maybe you could do something a little more original. My friend had a GMC Sierra, he put on some denali wheels, they came with decals. He re-arranged the letters to say "DENIAL" nothing to drastic, but it really depends what you like. If putting the Lx badges makes you look at you truck and get excited its your choice.

By the way the TOYO TA in Japanese looks like this

豊 田 same second symbol as honda b/c
toyoTA and honDA use the same kanji (Ta)= (Da)
Here is my customer decals with TOYOTA kanji
and TUNDRA in hiragana or at least its supposed to sound like Tundra..

Confucious say: Don't talk to me while I am typing I get confused easily

IT says TOYOTA 豊 田

TA first symbol
N second..
JI third
RA fourth

So depending on how you accent it. Tanjira.....
The nearest thing to "Tu" in japanese is Tsu and its pronounced Tssu
So I went with the definite TA pronounced Tah

Tahnngeera .... Tah ;Nn ;gee like "gee wiz"; roll the r and ah

I have other ideas I might do later on, but these suffice for now.

Its a custom spelling, I looked up the word Tundra in a Japanese english dictionary, it was a really complex Kanji.

Default No!

I saw an Escalade the other day with Ford "FX4" stickers on it. It was honestly one of the dumbest/funniest things I have ever seen.

A Tundra with Lexus badges wouldn't be quite as bad, but I still would not do it.

I saw a Tundra [very nice tundra might I add] with a "billit" grill and where the logo goes it had the wheat wreath from the caddy symbol and an iron cross instead of the caddy shield ... it was pretty damm cool

Heh, just the other day i saw a Dodge Neon with a Mercedes-Benz Three-Pointed-Star Emblem on the Hood. Man it was so gay. Even though M.B. And Dodge have a partnership going, theres no justification for this kind of faux pas. I mean, who does he think hes fooling? It just makes himself look like a fool. It was'nt even comical like the cavalier.

LifeTech will become famous soon enough.
Default Re: How would this look on a tundra? (lexus badges)

I wouldn't rebadge as Lexus. Not because I'm a purist(which I am), but because Lexus IS Toyota elsewhere in other countries.

I would actually take my RX330 and rebdge as a Toyota Harrier which IS what it was way before it was introduced here in the US.

Lexus was created for the USA and was merely Toyota labled when sold in europe and elswhere.

I would rebadge my "Highlander Limited AWD V6" as the "KLUGER V Grande V6 VVT-I" known as such in Australia and Japan and some other European countries.

The Badging is sold online for many of these models.

The Matrix is a Voltz
The Lexus GS300 is a Toyota Astra I think. I used to have the whole Global Toyota Product line. Very interesting. Toyota is a huge co. with many cars and trucks. I don't know if the Tundra is built for other countries by a different name.

Remember, Lexus is a Toyota Product, Not the other way around.

My 2 cents. But if you do rebadge please replace every badge including the interior ...one for one same location.

That would be classy from a purist standpoint.

What's right for yu is what YOU decide.
