Power Driver's Seat

Do all 2004 Tundra Limiteds come with the power driver's seat even if they have the cloth interior? Unfortunately, in the IN/IL/MI/OH/KY region, all Limiteds automatically come with the tan leather interior -- I'd prefer the grey interior with the CST TRD leather.

All Access Cab Limiteds with Captain's Chairs have a 6-Way Power Driver's Seats. I think on the Dcab it is only available w/leather.
