Default My tow Hitch is cracked

I have a 04 Double Cab 4x4. I tow my 18 ft Tahoe Toy Hauler with my Tundra. The trailer weighs 3620 dry, with a 490 hitch weight, well under the tow ratings of the truck. I bring one quad, 380lbs, and Water. I never exceed 5500 lbs. Ive noticed on Thursday that the reciver look's like it bending upwards. Well i get under to check, and there is two welds that are cracked and seperating from the hitch, around the reciever. I call the dealer and i was told that it's not covered under the Factory warrenty, since there is no this could happen. I bought my truck with the Tow package, since it was pre wired for my brake controller and the Tranny cooler. What else could i do. If they dont warrenty it, well this is the last Toyota i will buy.

Also i use a Ez lift weight hitch.

If you take the hitch off, a welding shop should be able to fix up the welds for a couple of bucks.

I had mine re-powdercoated for $50.

The only way I can see the hitch bending up is if you've been hit from behind by a sportscar.
