'03 Access Cab - Locking Rear Seat Belt on Driver's Side
In my truck, I'm either alone or my parents and I are riding in it. My Mom insists on riding in the back seat (despite her bad knee and back). She has complained, and I have even experienced it too, of the rear left seatbelt locking up without any reason. Sitting perfectly still, and without any sudden movements on behalf of the driver (usually me) the seat belt will lock up. I've even sat on the rear passenger side on my truck when my brother drove my truck (my Dad was in the front passenger seat), and it didn't lock up on me there. Only on the passenger's seat behind the driver does this problem exist. I took it into the dealership, and they said it was normal. I looked for TSBs, but there isn't any on the seatbelt problem I've described. Any help would be appreciated.
