Question Rear bumper damage. Dealer repair??

So I was at my Toyota dealer at lunch today. I got my Tundra DC a week ago. The window sticker said it came with the bed cargo net, but I didn't get it. I stopped by and they said they would order it for no charge since it was supposed to be included in the package. I came out of the parts department, and somebody had backed into my rear bumper. There is a small dent in the bumper, and the plastic bumper deck is a bit smeared and scratched. My sales guy came out to make sure everything went ok with ordering the net. I showed him the bumper and told him somebody hit me while I was in getting the part ordered. He said he would check around and see if anybody else saw anything. My question to anybody here is, should I go back and see if they will replace the bumper for me for free? I got the truck on 11/1, it has 125 miles on it, and it happened on their lot. I know its a truck and its going to get some dings, but come on. I walked out of the parts department and felt sick to my stomach as I walked up to the back of the truck.

sorry for the long post.

Congrats on your new truck and I'm sorry about your first ding. That's tough especially when it happens where you made your purchase. I'd imagine if it's like most business locations there are weasel words (legalese) signs posted about their liability. If it happened to be a result of an employee or company vehicle then they're on the hook. Could be they'll make you a good will offer or at least a break on the fix. The first is always the worst.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to siphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
If your engine doesn't consume ANY oil it will seize???
Some people should not be allowed access to tools without books!!!
