NICE!!! Wish you could make it to Norcal so, we can check it out. Maybe at the Jam in Palm Springs.

What kind of winch are you using?

Did the bumper itself come black? I was thining it came as a thunder grey color. Thats what I was told.

What did the powdercoating cost? I was going to buy one a while back but didnt want to pay for the coating which could have been expensive.

yeah the body of the bumper itself is dark grey. The hoop comes as chrome. I only changed the hoop to black and it was $75, which was the shop minimum charge. I was going to do the entire bumper black, but that would have been $400. Be sure to check out my website for the install details as well as photos of the process!! www.teddnet.com

Yes they do!! In fact they mesh very well with the skid plate that is on the bottom of the bar. If you go to my website I have a picture posted that shows the 2 plates in happy harmony!! I did initially have some problems lining up the holes of the bar plate with the bar, but after a few adjustments they fit perfectly.

By the by- tranny plate gets here today!!!!!

BVS,

My skidplates (all 3) should arrive this week. I'll post and let you know if the front skid plate clears my Warn winch and mount (model 9500HS).

Default the "hoop"

Is this "hoop" removable? If so does it leave two holes on the top?

Yes to both. In addition, the plastic bumper guard fits around the hoop, so there would be a hole there as well.

Default Heavvvvy

That bumper and winch is one heavy puppy - It takes two people and a table-dolly with ball-bearing wheels to make everything manageable. It dropped my front SAWS 3/4" on the driver side and 1/2" on the passenger side.
