Question Billet Grille

Does anybody have a billet grille on their tundra? Or have you seen any on a tundra? I am interested in how it looks on a regular size tundra. I have seen two on some site but one was a lowered tundra and the other was raised 10 inches. So if anybody knows where I can see a picture of one I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I need to take some new pictures of my Tundra. I have both the grille and the bumper billet inserts installed on my truck. I'll see what I can do about getting those up in the next couple days. PM me and remind me though hehe

I have a Stull Industries billet grille in mine. Really looks good, installed it myself in a couple of hours.

Did you have to modify the hood in anyway or was it a straight drop in?

Tigertundra No hood modification, but you must cut the center section out of your stock grille to install any of the aftermarket billet grilles.

I recently ordered a free performanceproducts.com parts catalogue and they do offer many after-market parts including billet grilles. This is a nice free catalogue to have around.

The more popular billet grilles are by Stull (10 bars) and the Trenz (16 bars?). The average cost is between $140-170. You do have to cut out your main grill to install. Take your time and use a dremel tool for best results. This is general info to answer your questions.

Trenz @ :http://www.trenz.com/index.php
Stull: Check performanceproducts, I think it is there.

basmith,
Have you looked at your billet grille yet?? What kind is it and do you need to cut the old grille for installation?

Thanks,
hf

Before the crash, I remember that tuffloud had the combination grill and bumper insert. Haven't seen any posts from him lately. Sorry, anyone else remember what he installed?
