'05 Tundra Fender Flares avail painted?

Does anyone know for sure if replacements for the Factory installed fender flares can be ordered pre-painted?

I have a thunder grey '05 4x4 accesscab ltd. The dealer repainted half of the front left fender flair, and the whole right flare. I want to have the original factory flare texture so that they all match.

Originally they told me that they were replacing the flares and that they came prepainted. After the work was done they said the flares do not come prepainted, only primer - so no matter what flares I get they will never match the original finish.

If they are available pre painted I want to order a set for the front.

On my '00 tundra I was able to order replacement flares that matched the body color (red) is this not possible now?

Used to be able to order them painted but toyota has replaced all orders for painted ones with the unfinished ones that need to be painted.

What is weird is that if paint work is done to a vehicle prior to first sale it must be disclosed at the time of sale.
Any bolt on part that doesnt exceed a specified dollar limit does not need to be disclosed.
That is why most manufacturers have painted parts available for current production vehicles and once they are no longer in production revert to paint to match parts.
Not sure why these went this way???
