Default Will Dealer Replace Bumper?

For those of you that have experienced rust forming on the inner side of the rear bumper, did you report this problem to the dealer? If so, did the dealer replace it under warranty?

I never brought this particular point up to my friend, who works as a service tech at a Toyota Dealer, but I did ask about rust forming on the wheels. He said it had to be rust perforation for it to be covered. You can try, but I bet they pull the same word game with you.
