This is a discussion thread titled "Billet Grill Installation", within the Interior & Exterior forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
How much cutting is actually involved in installing a Billet Grill. I have always wanted one and have decided one and am curious. Thanks

Not too much, basically just cutting the interior grill section out. I cut mine with a small coping saw then cleaned up the edges with a Dremel. I appied plastic primer then painted the inside section white (to match my truck) while leaving the chrome areas as is. Really a pretty simple install.

Is the installation itself easy? I can handle the cutting but want to make sure of the installation.
