Default take appart the dash and instrament panel

I'm looking at this link here:

http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forum...56&postcount=3

which is a pdf file explaining how to take appart the dash and instrament panel. The procedure refers to another procedure SR-14, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on TS.com. Is there anyone who knows where I should look to find this document. I'm having problems getting the steering column cover off on my 2002 sequoia and I do not want to break the plastic trying to force it. This procedure (SR-14) is supposed to show the proper manner for removing the steering column cover.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bret

Bret - it wasn't there originally. Added it when I saw your post this morning, as I was online and adding content to the Knowledgebase. Glad to be of help - Happy Easter.
