Default Water hidden behind rear panel 2005 DC

I was installing my new VSE Subwoofer this weekend and had to take off the rear panel to get to the amplifier. I notice a puddle of water in a gully on the passenger side. I soaked it up with a towel. It poured down rain Saturday night and I went to check it out the next day. No water. I then sprayed the rear window with water from a hose at different angles and my wife saw water coming into the truck. I took the truck to the dealership today to be repaired. It might be a good idea to take the rear panel off to check for leaks because water can be hidden back there. I happened to find it because I was installing the sub. The carpet was bone dry.
