I found a black bumber for my 02, but the pads are matte gray, does anyone know where i can get black ones, or is there any aftermarket rear bumper pads I can get black.

If the pads are matte grey, and you are serious about wanting them black, you could do what I did with the upper and lower valances on the bumper for my truck. Check my photo gallery. I did that with a simple can of spray paint.

Hey loompa,

First off... no need to feel like your the "only" idiot in the world, who's backed into a pole. I did the EXACT SAME THING, when my DC was only 2 weeks old! I too know exactly how you feel. I feel your pain...

My question is, why can't you use the bumper pads off your old bumper? Did you hit the pole hard enough to damage the pads? Those pads are rather flexiable and are [basically] held on with nothing more than simple "tabs" forumed into the bottom of the pads. If the pads off your old bumper aren't too damaged, I'd use those.
