Probably have to go to a local dealer. I haven't seen any aftermarket companies for mirrors yet. Gonna cost a pretty penny too probably.

just get the stock ones painted at a body shop

Im painting mine while its in the shop . They come apart really good for painting . It would be much cheaper to have them painted than to buy replacments .

Thanks for the comments guys. Mostly was thinking about the down time, figured it would be faster if I had a separate prepainted set.

You can still open the door with the handles off, jut stick in your finger and pull a little lever , you would be without your mirrors a few days though , see if you can get a shop to commit to a two or three day job ? I would tleast price both options , it might be a no brainer which way you go , $$$$$
