If the little protective door is still open, take a paperclip and put a very very small hook at the end of it, work it past the key on either the top or the bottom, turn the hook and pull the key out.
If it's not, you will need either another paperclip, or a small screwdriver to wedge the door open while you work with the paper clip.
Even if you cannot hook the key completely out, if you can get the end of it to the edge of the lock opening, you can put a dab of superglue on the end of a stick or something, touch it to the back of the key, and pull it the rest of the way out.
