Interior & ExteriorDiscussions about the interior, and exterior of your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "05 Tacos - Side view mirrors vibrate?", within the Interior & Exterior forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
They buzz in the winter when the temp's below freezing. First time it happened, I thought I had blown the door speaker because I'd only hear the buzz when the bass thumped. It took me awhile to realize it was the side view mirror. I think some ice freezes in there and causes the buzz. All I had to do with swivel the mirror housing back and forth once and that took care of it.
No vibrating mirrors here but LMAO at mr. "belltech"...

I wonder if you have a front tire that's slightly out of balance and causing the vibration? I'd have it checked out before you have uneven wear on the tire.
yea, i thought of that too. i dont think it' s the case tho, since I'd feel my steering wheel vibrate as well, right?
thanks for the replies everyone, except for the couple of thread jackers...

Take it back to the dealership. If I have ANY problems I take it back right away to get the problem logged. I am glad I have not had to take mine back . . .
