This is a discussion thread titled "TACOMA:04 Toyota Bed Mat ??", within the Interior & Exterior forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
Got the Toyota bed mat for my 05, its awesome, no trimming needed on it. The Mat is very thick and seems very well made. Well worth the money I think. Hope that helps, Goodluck

I have the bed mat in my 05 also. Did not really want it, but was in the only truck with the packages I wanted in New England. Now that I have it, I LOVE it! Toss something in the bed and I don't even have to secure it. The mat holds it. Very thick, good quality. Only issue is if you want to slide something heavy into or out of your bed. It ain't going to slide!!

Does anyone have any experience with the Toyota rubber bed mat? ... I was thinking about trying one in my 04...
I always put a rubber bed mat in my trucks. For my '04 I got one aftermarket at the RV / truck place that installed my ARE shell. The brand name was either 'Protecta' or 'Penda' (both make liner / bed products, I just can't remember which one made this mat...). I think it cost about $65 - $70. It fit perfectly 'as is', and it provides enough padding and adhesion to keep things from sliding around in my (Line-X-'ed) bed....
