One more time......nobody has mentioned the BedRug. I got one and I love it. Impervious to water (marine carpeting) and lifetime guarantee. By the way, it is secured to your bed with adhesive backed velcro, so if you don't like it (or want to clean it), you can take it out in 5 minutes tops. BTW, my dog LOVES it. Great grip and easy on her pads. Something to consider......
