Default Front license plate bracket for 04 Tundra?

All I have is two screws and two holes in the plastic bumper to hold it on. The plate scratches up the paint. I put some foam stuff on the back of the plate along with some chair leg pads. Is there a company that makes a good bracket for this truck? What have other Tundra owners been doing? I have to run a front plate to be legal in NV.

I went to the local hardware store and got a couple of those clear "buttons" with adhesive backing. I put one in the middle of the frame on top and one in the middle of the frame on the bottom. When you tighten the screws, the buttons will keep the frame from hitting the bumper.

I always put the plastic dealer plate behind the gov't issued plate.
