The fan motor bearings are out of oil. I recall one member took out the motor/blower wheel assy. took the motor apart and lubed it and it was OK. I took mine out decided to just replace it with a new Toyota assy. It comes from the dealer complete with motor and blower wheel attached for less than $100. It's easy to remove and you can see it below and behind the glove box facing upward. Piece of cake to change out or remove.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
You don't need to take out the glove box liner. Look to the rear of the glove box liner from the foot well and you will see the fan blower assembly towards the passenger kick panel. It fits in and out vertically. In other words the fan blower wheel is above the motor that you'll see and comes out attached to the motor. You will see the screws/bolts that attach that plastic assembly to the heater/a/c plenum. If I recall it takes a Phillips screwdriver to remove it and the wire connection is a clip together coupling that's accessible also.

I'd remove it and look it over before asking about which lube to use. I've taken a lot of electric motors apart from 1/16 hp to over 500 hp and generally the smaller they are the more difficult they are to dismantle. If you are able to take it apart (which is very possible) without breaking it I'd use a 3 in1 type oil. WD-40 is pretty thin for motor use and won't last very long. Let us know how it goes and good luck.
