Default Installing passenger side window on 2003 Sequoia

Someone broke by passenger side window.... shattered it. I had it replaced today, but when I press the automatic up botton on the window, it goes all the way up, stops and then comes down about a third of the way down. It does this everytime. Does anyone know what may be wrong. The person replacing the window said that it could be my electric mechanism. It worked great prior the the window being broken. Any help would be appreciated.
