How many people would be intrested if they made a c/f hood for tundra & sequoia

I believe a company gauged interest for CF hoods among tundras a few years ago and there was little interest. I think most of tundra owners were pushed off because of the RICEY look. The few that were interested were talking about painting them anyway if they were going to get them, in that case those few were just turned onto the fiberglass hoods instead. I know I need a new hood and will prolly just get the the fiberglass, even if there is a C/F hoo out.

Who knows though there may be more people out there that want one then we all think.

Only if they put it in a package with a big fart can muffler and a matching c/f tonneau cover with a built in park bench sized wing for the rear.

the reason i asked this is because im making carbon fiber stuff for a 350Z and S2000 and wanted to know how many people would be intrested in buying a c/f hood with hood scoop or no hood scoop decide on what you want or help me with the design before i can tell my boss what he thinks and he decide on whether or not he will like the idea and show him this thread and tell him how many buyers would buy a c/f hood just tryin to help you guys who are intrested since no company made one yet i know they only made fiber glass and one more thing is all tundra , sequoia hood all the same with different years.

I'v looked into getting a CF hood for my Tundra already, I contacted Glassworks Unlimited inc. because they make a fiberglass hood with a hood scoop for the Tundra, runs $450, they said they could do it out of CF for $850. I know theres a member on here that got the fiber glass one and paid $500 to paint it so the CF actually comes out $50 cheaper and from what I was told by a material science engineer that I work with, CF is about 4x better then fiberglass.

Depending on how ridged someone would make it plus fit and finish, along with a true ram air scoop +box that would work with MAF, might be pretty cool
