Interior & ExteriorDiscussions about the interior, and exterior of your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "faded spray in bedliner, use armor gloss", within the Interior & Exterior forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
after about two years my line-x bedliner got pretty faded. not really a big deal or anything. i didn't really care that much, but my buddy got his truck done and i dropped him off at the dealer and the owner sold me on this stuff called armor gloss. it was $30 for a 16oz bottle and it covers the entire bed. you just apply it with a sponge, brush, or roller. i used a sponge and it took about 2 hours. the bottle says like 20 minutes, but i'm meticulous. i attached pics which are also in my gallery. just thought i'd post this info if anyone cared at all. made it look brand new again.

just an update to this thread which i didn't specify in my original post.
this is not to be confused with something like Armorall or 303 protectant. this is permanent and not a car wash "Detail" type item. applying this product on your spray in bedliner is similar to painting it.
i have had this on my truck for almost 2 years living in Phoenix, AZ with extreme temps and sun exposure. it still looks dark.
i can't find it anywhere online. i got it directly from the owner of my local line-x shop. i would say call your local shop and see if they have it, if not give the main line-x headquarters a call and see if they could ship it to you.
For a permanent fix to the fading problem, you might consider LINE-X ReNew. ReNew is a one-time application. Go here, click on ReNew: linexfortworthtexas.com
