is this an 07 or 06? If 06 then I think you may be able to go lower. Check pricing on the IH8MUD forum, they focus mostly on TLCs.

I bought an 07 TLC in Dec for 46K, had 13,000 miles and was an unregistered dealer demo driven by the owner. Just as a point of reference.
