Question Need Help! Center Console 99 Land Cruiser

Newbie on this site......99 Land Cruiser, the center console cup holder cover door has become disconnected. Looks like the flip hinge / bar bracket mechanism was riveted on. In order to rivet back on, looks like I need to take off the hinge / bracket.............in order to get the hinge / bracket off, I assume that I need to remove the console. The Haynes manual does not cover this and any advice, help, photos, diagrams are appreciated. / Rolf.
