Default AC fuse or relay location- 91 Landcruiser?

Hi everyone. first time posting here.

OK, I looked in the manual& looked at the fuse box on the wheel well of the drivers side and can't find it. The AC was blowing cold until yesterday when it began blowing hot air when I turned it on (it was 101 outside).
The blower works well only hot air. could it be a fuse or relay to the AC that got blown?

Checked on another site and someone had a post about
this and the reply was that it could be an expansion valve or the front seal in the condenser. Seems like there was some recall on this anyone know if it is still in effect or covers a 91?

With the engine running and the AC on....is the compressor spinning, or cycling off and on? When I was addressing some electrical probs on my LC there seemed to be several fuses that are directly or indirectlg related to the AC system. Search the O manual.
