saorry no one replied. the reason is that there are no aftermarket cd dvd changers in the world that will fit your application. the avc lan communication system makes it hard to match any system to the factory. also there are no land curuisers just laying around salvage yards due to the high price of the vehicles they dont get totaled easily.

i just thought of a partial solution if you didnt use the dvd function much. you could just replace it with the lexus 6 disc changer audio changer. the plug would have to be swicthed over to the changer . i have cd changers from land curiser 100 from england. they dsdnt come with dvd cd changer only cd changers.

I have the cut sheets for all the factor wiring on a 2001. I just installed a in-dash aftermarket NAV, DVD, BT, TV, into the doulbe dim slot. Its a all in one unit that fit perfectly. But if you dont know what wires to cross connect...forget it. I can show some photos and email you the pdf for wiring. Not easy but do-able. Got the NAV unit from Costco.com when they had it on sale last spring.
